Product Details

:: Scalloped oversize center medallion with interior Herati design motif. Adorned at either end by acorn finials atop a covered field of paisley botehs. Colors and shades include: Cream, antique ivory, sky blue, navy blue, pale raspberry red, cochineal red, aubergine, oxidized silver, sand, beige, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. A few scattered expert repairs and one expert restoration approximately 2"x2" to an edge. One end measures more narrow at 4', and the opposing 4'5", within normal margins for the type and age. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Malayer rug made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 4'5" x 6'4".
