Vintage ribbon trim with prong-set rhinestones in double rows. I think this may have been a neck to high collar trim by the way it is shaped. It measures 17" at the longest bottom, and 7" at the top. It measures 5" from top to bottom. Some creative person can resurrect this to a new creation!
